Thank you for stopping by! Novice or pro, we would love to work with you! Our students range from beginners to high school and college preparatory, to adults who have always wanted music in their lives, and all the way to "continuing education" for our seniors citizens! Boulder Music collaborates with the top local recording studios, producing EP's and singles for students of all ages, and produces concert showcases with professional bands to give our students access to the most high-quality and educational musical experience possible. Our incredibly talented and qualified roster of teachers believe in originality, and promoting creativity and collaboration within our community. Our students have earned spots in the highest conservatories and universities including; The Juilliard School, Brandeis University, NYU and USC, and have placed in talent competitions like The Voice, America's Got Talent and American Idol! Simply put, our faculty and students are of the highest level of quality, and we are extremely proud of the nurturing, through and exciting experience we provide our Boulder Music family.

Twenty-Five Voices Share Holiday Classics in a Heartfelt Community Recording
Boulder, CO — December 22nd— Boulder Music is proud to announce the release of A Gift of Song 2025, a holiday recording project featuring 25 student singers performing beloved seasonal classics. Released today, the album celebrates young voices, musical mentorship, and the joy of sharing music during the holiday season.
A Gift of Song 2025 brings together students of varying ages and experience levels, offering each singer the opportunity to participate in a professional-style recording while contributing to a collective musical gift. The result is a warm, joyful collection that reflects both individual artistry and the power of community music-making.
“This project is about more than songs,” says Kari Kraakevik, founder and director of Boulder Music. “It’s about giving students the experience of being heard, of contributing something meaningful, and of learning that their voices — exactly as they are — have value.”
Through solo moments and ensemble performances, A Gift of Song 2025 honors the traditions of holiday music while emphasizing confidence, collaboration, and expressive growth. The project serves as both a keepsake for families and a seasonal offering meant to be shared beyond the studio.
Released today as part of Boulder Music’s ongoing commitment to arts education, A Gift of Song 2025 stands as a reminder that music is a gift best given together.
